This is a fantastic option if you still crave creamy sauces but want to go dairy free. The texture is thick and creamy, and a bit lumpy. You can use these on chicken or pasta, and even veggies. The taste is excellent and the ingredients are high quality and healthy. The way the bottles are packaged in the box made sure they arrived unbroken.

This stuff is incredible and honestly better than real vodka sauce, with the benefit of not having any lactose in it and being vegan. Sautéing some mushrooms with spices makes some of the best pasta sauce that exists.I was a bit afraid of ordering glass jars on Amazon, but the packaging is really, really good — and made entirely of recyclable/compostable cardboard.Unfortunately a bit on the expensive side, but the sauce is plenty thick and tastes really good.

Good flavor, good consistency, and good quality. I took a star off because though the flavor is tasty, it is WAY too peppery. To the point it is overpowering. But for dairy free alfredo from a can it is good

I just ordered four jars of Alfredo sauce. I’ve bought this product MANY times both in store and online. They’ve either done something to the recipe or this seller has a storage problem.Instead of being pourable liquid when I open the jar, it was a very thick, muddy, and lumpy gelatinous mess. I had to scoop it out of the jar like ice cream!I read several people online talking about that being something that would go away once it was heated up. WRONG. After pouring it over an expensive amount of chicken, rice and vegetables, and baking it like always, I still have a thick inedible mess.I’m really bummed that this company has such issues with product availability and quality/consistency. I used to be able to find it in my local grocery store. Now I have to drive all the way to Whole Foods in another town or order it in a box by UPS. And even then they don’t always have the product I want. I really shouldn’t have to shop at three or four different locations to get all the things I need for my small household - out of town Whole Foods, local grocery store, Amazon, and the Primal Kitchen website.It’s one thing for it to be so hard to consistently locate and purchase. And, no, I don’t want to order 10 or 12 jars at a time of hollandaise sauce either.Lastly, dudes, really… cut down on the black pepper! It used to be my only complaint. I’ve made myself look past it, until this came up.Climbing down off my soapbox now…

It looks funky and there's no expiration date so I tossed them. I would have been willing to give it a try, but some reviews say that they received an expired product and without an expiration date on it, I have no idea whether it's expired or not.

I was so disappointed with this product. I have only tried the Alfredo jar and it is not good. It has no resemblance of the actual Alfredo sauce, and it has a lot of black pepper which is not great given I’m breastfeeding and that may make babies gassy.I’m giving it two stars simply because I haven’t tried the garlicky jar yet.
