Easy to take
I’m using these DR WAKDE'S Kanchnar Capsules for thyroid support and general detox. I like taking this in the capsule form better than drinking it as a powdered mix. The serving size can vary depending on one’s particular needs (I’m taking two capsules), but they should be swallowed with warm water. The quality seems excellent.

Pricey but well made
Easy to swallow and the dosage is only 1 capsule per day. This means that one bottle will last 2 months. The capsule itself is tasteless and odorless. Like with all supplements I think it takes a while before you notice if there is a difference or not, but I will try to update the review to let folks know. The capsules come out to about 53 cents each which is not too expensive. Like most of these products they are part of the East Indian School of Natural Medicine. They are pricey but if they work they will be worth it.
