This underwear is top quality so well worth the money, even tho they are a bit pricy. They run a little bit large, so I had to turn around and order one size smaller, but the fit is good. If you normally wear a size large - - - you need to order the medium. They certainly do the job for which they are intended (light leakage) and I've been pleased.

This Washable Incontinence Underwear is great for day time use. I can go with these most of the day if I'm know I'll be near a bathroom and am only having drips and dribbles (if I have a mild surge these usually keep me dry but I do need to change quickly; also, wearing plastic pants over these extends their capacity). The coverage of the absorbent padding is the best I found so far--it covers plenty of area in the front and in the back (too many brands do not have enough coverage in the back which causes leaks while sitting or laying down). Only downside is they do run a bit small in the leg openings.

Size advice when you sale to requested a larger size

First time in years I've ordered a new garment that fit perfectly first time. I'm impressed 💯.

I've been using this underwear for years, and it is a fine product. But recently the company has developed a problem with sizing. I got three pair, size medium, a while ago and one of the three was so small that it fit like a bikini brief. I just ordered one pair, also in medium, and again it is too small to wear

I dont see any issue with these, they do what they need to do, and the size is exactly what they say- they arent large or small as some say.

The product came earlier than expected; that was a plus.The product's quality seems to be very low in comparison with the same product I purchased before; it is not waterproof as the ones I purchased previously the urine goes thru the underwear. It has a foam pad in between, but it does not have the waterproof material so it does not service the purpose unfortunately.
