3 stars is for the product itself. I don't remember this shampoo smelling so bad. It is a very strong scent that does not resemble chamomile at all. My scalp is also very itchy after using it. I use both the shampoo and conditioner. As for the delivery, it was fast, well packaged, and seller was quick to email to make sure everything was ok. I am very happy with that part of the experience. ~M

I bought the duo together. You need to leave both the shampoo and conditioner on your hair for several minutes to give it a chance to work. If you are like me, you will probably be out of the conditioner long before you have made any noticeable dent in the shampoo. The chamomile scent is very nice, and it does leave a noticeable trace for a couple of hours post washing, which is not something I am used to, but I don't mind with this scent.I have medium to dark brown hair, and after using these a couple of times a week for the past couple of weeks I do see a slight lightening of the color of my hair, which is more noticeable when in the sun. Overall I am happy with these, and will buy them again.
