Great book. Very happy with the information from known experts. Great format. A little pricey but well worth it if you truly want to learn more about Marma Points.

This book has great pictures, descriptions and it goes step by step comparing Acupuncture to the Marma Point system. The focus is on Marma points and that's what I wanted. They explain the Sanskrit words and philosophy of Marma. There is even a section on yoga postures linked to the 5 elements of the Marma system. It's a great book loaded with information.

This book is worth way more than $50 in my opinion. The wealth of knowledge in this book is astounding and it’s very profound. I’m amazed at the quality and dedication put into this book and I enjoy every single page. What a wisdom in the world where ppl are just saying anything and nothing.

This book is packed with useful information if you are an acupressure therapist. Great reference and study book.Dr. Vasant Lad and Anisha Durve have done a great works in sharing their ancient and profound knowledge, wisdom and experience in a such clear and yet graceful way. This book is a real treasure to those who have true interest in learning Ayurveda to its core. A very special Thank You to both Authors for sharing this treasure!

What a great resource - very descriptive - not an expert in this area, and have tried many of the marma points and it works - love the ayurveda and chinese medicine references throughout~ Also Vasant Lad is amazing!

This is a very good book that describes Ayurvedic marma points very clearly based on authentic texts. Drawings are perfect and help to clearly understand the positions of marma points. I advice everyone to read this book and apply for their health. I do not think that it is necessary to include Chinese acupuncture points.

This book is a wealth of knowledge on the science of Ayurveda and Marma points , many gems are scattered amongst the pages waiting to be discovered...Very Highly Recommended.
