It arrived quickly and was fairly easy to transfer my old phone's data to this one once I paid attention to which phone needed to have the adapter end of the USB cable. I received everything expected in the box: phone, USB cable, ejection pin, power adapter, 2 connectors, earphones (buds), and charging block to plug USB into the wall . For what it's worth, I have Xfinity mobile which uses the Verizon network, and it connected without a hitch using the USB cable. For some reason wifi was not detected, and I didn't try more than a minute to make it work since I had everything in the box I needed to work around it. I swapped out a broken S9 that still worked for a fully intact one. Great service from this seller.

Phone is advertised as "unlocked". Phone would not activate with Straight Talk using Verizon Towers. Straight talk stated they were unsure what the problem was unless it was still locked. Contacted the seller (Infitek) who took several days to respond with a code to unlock the phone. Phone never gave the option to enter the code. Purchased a new sim card and the phone will would not activate with carrier. Return the phone buy only option given UPS pickup with a message stating refund would be given within 7 days of receiving the item. Day 7 still no refund, contacted amazon who states it may take additional time. Will never purchase from this seller again.

Took awhile to decide on a new phone, but am very satisfied with this phone. I wanted a smaller one and this was just the right size. Highly recommend

Everything worked fine until I tried to talk on a phone using just the phone. The microphone and did not work for phone calls, yet the Speaker Phone worked fine. I decided to keep using witb ear buds.

Seller Wireless Cloud is exceptional! A lot of trust in your seller is necessary when purchasing a refurb, and he has proven to be extremely trustworthy and focused on customer satisfaction! The 1st refurbished Galaxy S9 I received from him was in perfect cosmetic condition and great working order with all applications, as described... except it had a problem reading the SIM and kept dropping me from the network... tried several carriers over 2 months with same results and found out it was a very rare manufacture flaw that would easily go undetected during the refurb process. By the time this was discovered, my window of return had officially expired. Fortunately, Mo was very responsive when I alerted him to this mysterious issue, supportive thru the whole process, and happy to exchange it for me when it couldn't be fixed. I just received a new replacement GS9 from him and so far very pleased with appearance and function! Highly recommend purchasing returns from Mo at Wireless Cloud!

The media could not be loaded. I expected a used phone . Didn’t expect a cheap charger that won’t charge my phone at all . That was in the box with the phone. It’s a Samsung phone expected the same charger as well so it’s useless to me until I go purchase a Samsung charger and block

I purchased this for my husband because he was in hospital and his old phone was archaic flip. I wanted him to be able to face time me anytime and also send him pictures.I used smart switch for data transfer from my galaxy phone and then simply removed what he won't use.Easy peasy.Then I got a Verizon sim and he was all set.Hardest part was showing him how to use it...🙃😉
