Q: Someone i'm on a gun group w/ on fb says this paint glows in the dark. true? i saw another post here that says it does not. thanks in advance.

I used it on my CZ. Does not glow. Bright colors, but do not glow. These pens helped refresh the sights that had some of the paint flaking off.

Q: Would this work on all metal fixed sights?

Works very well on metal sights. I applied it to my fixed metal sights over a year ago and it's still as bright as the day I put it on.

Q: I am thinking about using this product on my AR front sight and I wondering if it will melt from the heat of the barrel?

I am not sure regarding AR's, but I have accented various semi-auto pistols sights ranging from 22lr to 45 acp. I don't know if my answer helps any or not, but this is what I have used them on

Q: Is this paint latex (water) or enamel based, or something else?

I believe it is enamel based, worked well for me. I used it to highlight sights on my Ruger LCP II .380 pocket pistol
