Works well and is a good relacelent gir an Ames hose reel. The mounting holes were the same.

Great hose reel, bought this to replace one that was over 10 years old.

The supplier is outstanding! My reel was lost in transit, and as soon as the supplier noticed the issue, they immediately sent a replacement.The second reel arrived just in time for me to install it. Both the quality of the reel and the exceptional customer service deserve a five-star rating.Although the product arrived late, this was not the fault of the supplier, Spreetaii. Their customer service team quickly identified that the package was lost in transit and promptly sent out a replacement. This level of responsiveness and dedication is truly five-star service!I'd buy this reel again for my other outside outlet.

Well made, think plastic.Should last a while. Unfortunately does not fit the bolt pattern of my old Suncast hose caddy.I like the new one and hope it lasts as long as my old one. Recommended.

It's very seldom I give a bad review but this hose reel is terrible. I purchased it to replace a very old hose reel that started to leak, this new one leaks worse than the one I had for 10 years. The connection where you hook the hose to the faucet is just terrible. I had to put two washers in it to stop water from just pouring out and even at that it still leaks. Afraid to tighten it any more than I did because I am afraid I will break the plastic connection.

This was delivered in a plastic bag and left outside by our garage, not our delivery location. The reel was not snapped together correctly, we did get it snapped together. We got it hung/ mounted . It is not as sturdy as other sun cast products we have purchased, we are sad we spent this amount on as hose reel.
