BE CAREFUL WHEN BUYING!
The name of the product 'Proworks Glute Bands' has an 'S' on the end means that you are purchasing more than one band. The pictures all include 3 bands and a case which is not what you receive, you will get 1 band and it will be the lightest one. This is simply false advertising!if you look in product details you will find that it does actually say 1 band which is only included so that the company can technically cover themselves from false advertising claims. the rest of the information is very misleading.

Good and strong
Good material. The band is quite strong so you have to use quite some strength to it. So I won't recommend it to beginners. Other than that I give it a 4/5

You only get one band!
I thought I’d be getting three bands but you only get one. So a bit of false advertising! Disappointed but the one I did receive is good quality.

Only get one, disappointed
I thought you would get the three bands as it’s not clear it’s only one? Disappointed with that, should be made more clear that it’s only one of them not a set of 3!Band is comfortable but I don’t think I even had a choice between mans/woman’s bands to choose from. I’ll probably have to look and order an actual set!

Misleading product description and images
I’d say this is a very misleading product listing. It states “Glute bands” plural. All the photos have 3 bands, but your receive just the one. You don’t even get to pick which one you want. Disappointed. Not worth leaving the house during these times to return it tho, so just stuck with it.

Check when purchasing
When Purchased I thought I was getting 3 bands with the bag however I only got the light one? Not sure if the other two bands had been sold out if so it’s not clear when purchasing. I initially wanted to buy all three or just the heavy which I thought I had done already. A little disappointed especially because I could’ve bought 3 for the same price somewhere else but I’d read good reviews from here :(
