One way to get Healthy caffeine.
I have always loved this, Tea. When I lived in Texas, that was the first time I went to sprouts and bought a can of this tea. I have been drinking a lot of energy drinks lately. So, i wanted to stop that but still get good healthy caffeine. I bought the tea leaves so I could make fresh hot tea and mix it with Honey. Honey is more natural than sugar. This tea is high in caffeine content and the flavor is not bitter and goes amazing with Honey. The tea leaves are fresh and each to use. I use a glass tea pot and pour hot water over the leaves and let it steep. The longer you let it steep the stronger the smell and taste. I love using the leaves for this reason. I wish the package was resealable but that's my only complaint

Amazing Yerba Mate
Guayakí’s Organic Yerba Mate loose leaf tea has become a staple in my daily routine. As someone who’s always looking for a clean energy boost without the crash of coffee, this product really delivers. The flavor is earthy, slightly bitter (as expected from traditional yerba mate), with a fresh, grassy aroma that feels really natural. I appreciate that it’s USDA Organic and sustainably sourced — that’s a big plus for me when it comes to tea or any plant-based product. One of the standout features is the clean, focused energy it provides. It’s not jittery like coffee, and I find the mental clarity and alertness to be much smoother and longer-lasting. It also has a nice calming effect from the theobromine content, balancing out the caffeine. In terms of preparation, I like using a French press or a gourd with a bombilla, but it works just as well with a tea strainer or infuser. The loose leaf quality is solid — a good mix of leaves, stems, and powder — very authenticIf you’re looking for a natural energy alternative that supports focus and well-being, Guayakí’s loose leaf yerba mate is a fantastic option. It’s energizing, grounding, and has become my go-to morning ritual. Highly recommended for both yerba mate beginners and longtime fans.

Drink Up.
Good quality leaf, I drink a cup daily, I added alittle honey with it, tastes alittle earthy and grass like but nothing off putting about sipping on a cup. I read about the health benefits and im trying to drink less coffee. I can't confirm any health benefits on this review I just gotta assume... large bag and I use about 1T per cup letting it seep for 10 mins.Drink up.

Seems to provide a mild caffiene effect.
I invested. Not my favorite flavor, but a bit of mango juice helps.

Worth it
Why didn’t anyone tell me about this before. I was over here exhausted, drained every day. Then I tried this by accident. My son brought it home and I wanted something different so I tried it. I don’t know if I used it properly but this is amazing. I’m a lifelong fan.
