Broke the first day I used it
I was tightening m10 nuts on a flange, the knuckle came out after maybe 10 to 12 bolts

Not at all like the photo. VERY DISSAPPOINTED...
In the photos - the stocky one is taken from the Amazon listing. I particularly chose this adapter from those on offer because it looks short and strong and appears to not use the ubiquitous hex ball drive, and because it was next day delivery. It cost me £17.49What arrived is shown in the second photo. I can get a set of THREE of these (1/4", 3/8" and 1/2") off Ebay for less than a tenner.VERY DISSAPPOINTED...Trouble is I can't send it back because I had to use it there and then...
