Looks Great and Works Well
You can push down on the lever to get flow until you release it, or pull the lever up and flow will continue until you push it down. If you pull it up I would recommend you gently bring it back down to the off position as opposed to letting it snap down. Mine was not a replacement so I had to adapt the 3/8" under sink lines to the 1/4" input of this faucet. I installed an Amazon 3/8" T off the cold water valve to feed an Amazon Waterdrop filter. Then I added a HD 3/8" to 1/4" reducer to the filter output line, then connected a 12" HD 1/4" braided line from the reducer to this faucet; 5 Stars for installation if a replacement. The flow rate is just right and it seems well built. The finish and height are perfect for us and just what we were looking for!

6" satin nickel Touch-Flo
Perfect except the black bottom gasket between the faucet base and the sink top was almost too small, so I used the old one over again. Other than that, very easy to install and works great. The end nozzle is better than the original due to metal v. plastic which had cracked and invited dirt to stick to it. $20 price was fantastic, cheaper than a repair kit for the original and much faster & easier to replace than repair. Great deal! Price in the local home store is about $60.

Easy to add extension for granite.
Looks great, and one of the few short compact options.I needed an extension. I ordered this one, and instead of extending, extracted the original and screwed in the extension with a little gasket sealer. Only looks good nothing else.
Only looks good that is it.This is a universal faucet , yeah right . This is not a universal faucet , it’s made for a thin sink only. If you have Quartz, Granite or marble countertop do not buy this item. I found out the hard way and now I can’t return it because I damage the threads on the stem in a area that will not affect the threads in securing it. I bought a reverse osmosis system that brought a chrome faucet but it doesn’t match the sink. So I took the stem of the chrome faucet which is a lot longer and had to replace it on to this item. So one star for not being universal and one star of being pricey, one star for having me to redesign your item and one star for missing gasket and no extra fittings. That leaves you with one star.

Matte black is classy!
Bought a new sink and faucet at HD but needed the water dispenser tap and flow cover. I knew I would never be able to match the brass perfectly to my liking so I got the matte black from this company for both and I am quite pleased with the quality and appearance! The plumber installed so I cannot speak for install, but he never said anything to me so I assume it was pretty uncomplicated. I think they look classy and durable! I highly recommend. The perfect coffee pot faucet
This is perfect for filling my coffee pot. I have a filter inline for a clean tasting cup of coffee. I mounted it using an 'L' bracket and used a nickel finish drain tube as a riser to cover the flex line tubing. The swivel is perfect to fill the pot to a desired level then move it out of the way to close the coffeemaker lid. This works great to fill baby bottles/cookware with filtered water.

Westbrass makes quality products
It has been installed for about a month with no problems. The neck pulls right out as it using O-ring for seating so it can be easily turned. I wondered about leakage, but that does not seem to be a problem and the O-rings would be easy to replace. Looks great, works great.
