It worked!
First time putting my thru axel onto my smart trainer. The instructions that come with are lacking but YouTube saved me. This did the job.

Doesn’t fit older Tacx Neo 2T
I have an older Tacx Neo 2T, and bought this to use with my new thru axle tri bike. The drive side and non-drive side parts do not fit the trainer.I can only assume that either the older Neo 2T have a different size connector part, or the set I got didn’t have both options. In either event, I would recommend you look for other OEM parts that are available to use, and don’t get this set.EDIT: After more review, it seems that the Neo 2T has a Type 2 axle, whereas earlier models have either a Type 1 or Type 2. This set is just for Type 1 axles, so if you need a Type 2 axle adapter, look elsewhere.

Not compatible for Tacx flux s
This axle is not compatible for Tacx flux s. The thread sizes and diameter is not meet.Review the official website. The photo matches the product. I believe it’s not dealer’s responsibility .

Works well, but doesn’t support boost as is
Worked as expected. It’s important to note that you will need a 6mm spacer for boost (148mm) bikes. It may have come with some versions of the trainer, but if mine did I didn’t have it anymore. The ID you need is 12mm (like a pedal washer) but the OD had to be quite small to fit into the trainer so washers don't work. I ended up sacrificing a pedal bearing that was 5mm thick which has seemed to work okay.
