Shur-line, don’t buy the generic.
I have purchased many painting tools in my time. I have cut the corners. These pads are not where you want to cut corners. The generic are usually severely warped, and fall off the applicator easily. They also seem to have less bristles per square inch. Behr (similar to this), stay away. Seriously, I’ve been painting for over 38 years (homes, commercial buildings, ships… you name it, I’ve painted it). I will say that these style brushes save the most paint (HVLP a close second). Rollers splatter, require frequent reloads, and if ya wanna salvage the roller, it takes some time to clean. Not to mention that rollers use a lot more paint. This fiber style brush, without any doubt, uses the absolute least to cover a space. Excessively easy to clean, no splatter, very quick to load the brush. Just be careful of stroke lines. Cut your paint accordingly, and examine your work.

Great Product Saves Time
As long as you are careful not to get paint on the edges or wheels this works great. We don’t dip in the paint but rub the pad along a paint roller worked best. Great product! Made the trim by the ceiling way easier

Great value, 8 pads that fit my Shur-Line paint edger and corner painter. No issues at all with the pads.

Original manufacturers replacement pads
Home Depot stop caring this product line. It’s now a little more difficult to find replacements. Glad I found it on Amazon.There are a lot of similar products on the market. But the design of this one is far superior to any of them right now. It has a baseboard feature near the rollers that make it especially helpful.

Easy to install
These are easy to replace old ones. We use fir our painting business and they last about 2 weeks before needing changed

Ordered 8 replacement pad but got 2 and an edger tool
Description is for 8 replacement pads but I received two replacement pads and an edger with one pad. NOT what I ordered but when I went to correct it, the 8 pad option was. It longer available so I decided to keep it. Be aware if you NEED 8, you may not get what you need. Otherwise, regarding the product, I’ve been using these for years and they work great. My only suggestion is to use a tape roller to roll the pad and edges to get loose fibers off before using.

Doesn’t keep paint very long
Paint goes on wall decently but it only keeps a solid stable line for a couple inches before it runs out and needs redipped
