Q: What are the benefits?

i am sure there might be some benefit nutritionally but the biggest benefit is a less stressful way to get your pet to take their meds...I know it is better than having to shove a pill down their throat...you have to be careful with the flavors as the chicken tend to be dry and crumble more...and you have to be careful to get the proper one for you meds...ie: pill, capsule

Q: What is the current expiration date? Any new pack expiration date on 2018?

The first time I ordered they were expired but still looked fine. I think they were transitioning to new package. The Next couple of times I ordered mine were within the date.

Q: Can item be returned if opened?

They will likely let you keep it if you ask for a return.

Q: What size are these? Large?

The tablet size is smaller than the capsule size. My dog takes two pills twice a day. One is a larger tablet and one is a very small tablet. The capsule size pill pocket works for both at the same time for me. The pill pockets are soft and pliable so you can load the pills and then roll it it your hand like you would when making a meatball. works great!
