It shipped quickly. I used this complex several years ago, and just got away from it, because my friend stopped selling it. It is the only complex that has everything I want in it for my hair skin and nails. Both biotin and collagen. I only take one every night at bedtime. My nails aren't super strong, but they are growing quickly. It has been less than a month, so I can't say much for my hair. However, my hair is stronger. It will definitely grow with this and my protective and wet styles as it gets warmer. I know this from past experience with this product.

Ran out and tried another brand. I had to come back. Nothing else has worked as well for my nails. Can't speak on my hair because I honestly want paint attention and my hair is loc'd but for my nails they work amazing. My nails grow long, strong and stopped peeling. Without them I can't get then to grow at all

I’ve been using this exact product for 5 years and getting excellent results on hair thickness, growth and sheen. I’ve definitely tested this product by pausing it for a month or two about 10 times over the past five years. And my hair stopped growing, it split and it looked dull. This really works! I dye my hair and it’s also long to my upper chest, and I’m constantly getting compliments. Highly recommend!
