I was looking for a folic acid supplement that would be easy to swallow. The las brand I tried said, “Easy to swallow “ on the bottle, but wasn’t. This brand of folic acid is technically branded for prenatal use, but still the same strength as my other folic acid, so decided to give it a try. This capsule is very easy to swallow. I was about ready to give up on folic acid before trying this brand.

I’m just starting to use it , I will let you know if it goo or not

I prefer these capsules to taking tablets or pills. So much easier to swallow. I’m always anemic and these seem to help me feel a bit more energetic. The results of my next blood test will let me know if it’s working.
