Q: Are these good for athletic running tracks ?

These are for hiking up mountains/ Munros,I use them for walking mighty hikes ..26 miles.Not spikes for athletics !!

Q: Are these trainers Waterproof?

The honest answer is that I do cross country races in these trainers which involves running through serious bogs and sometimes ditches. I am usually covered in mud from head to toe! I can’t even remember if my feet are wet through but I’m pretty sure they would be - not even something that calls itself waterproof could withstand that. I wouldn’t let it put you off tho - they are hands down the comfiest and best pair of cross country trainers I’ve ever had. I can’t wear running spikes like most people because I need the extra cushioning but these are the next best thing. Super light, grippy and really comfortable. I don’t know how important the ‘waterproof’ bit is to you or what you are wearing them for but most trainers are really only resistant to a certain point then you need something a bit more heavy duty. I would say, given what I put these through, they would be well up to staying dry on a rainy run and a few puddles for sure. Hope this helps!

It has a good grip and comfortable, mind you I find the Speedcross 4 better.
