This literally saved one of my friendships!. I have a friend out of town who I stay with when I am there on business. They have complained about my snoring in the past. They explained that to me that my snoring wakes them up and keeps awake. And of course they weren't too happy when I asked them to stay the night in the past.However this time was different. I tried silent snooz for the first time while at my friends place. Two nights passed by. I was anxious to get feedback from my friend. I wanted to know if I was still snoring or not!Well...the moment of truth! This evening my friend and I were watching cable. Out of now where, they said to me "You didn't wake me up since you've been here this time. And when I am up and you're still sleep I can barely hear you breathing."I was so excited to hear such great, (anticipated) feed back!! I want to confirm, so I immediately responded, "Really?!! So you don't hear me snoring anymore?" They replied "Nope, I can barely hear you breathing when I was up, when you were sleep". I replied " Wow, I specifically bought this product called Silent Snooz with you in mind. I am so happy to know it works! I know this saved our friendship!" They responded "I am happy too. Yes it did save our friendship."And I have sleep apnea as well. So I also noticed that I am not waking up as much at night. I feel more rested when I wake up.Silent snooze feels very comfortable in my nose. At first when I tried to put it on, it didn't go in my nose. So I had to open it up a little. Then it slid right in my nose perfectly. At first felt a little tight. But then after a little while, it didn't bother me. This is my 4th night using it. I usually put it on about 15-30 mins before I feel like going to sleep. This little instrument call Silent Snooz is really powerful!!!I really highly recommend it to anyone who snores.

After several years of no sleep until my husband went to work, I finally found an item that promised me a quieter night so I can actually get sleep. This was a promise that was way off the mark. Instead of the snores becoming silent, they increase in volume with this product. I decided to try it in combination with breathing strips that go across the bridge of the nose. That did not seem to improve the effectiveness of this product. Not only did Silent Snooze not work, it also hurt my husband. He claimed that the product pinches his nose making it harder for him to fall asleep with causing discomfort. I guess I am doomed to never sleep at night again. My recommendation would be to never waste any money on this product because it is not worth the money that manufactures put out to make it.

I'm very surprised at how well this works. I'm still not sure how a tiny pinch of the septum can eliminate the whistling noise that kept me awake, but it really does. I just wish they used layer of softer plastic on the bridge between the two inserts.CON - It does take a little time to get used to the feel. Mainly, the bridge rubs against my septum and can be uncomfortable. However, it is still way less painful than removing Breath Right strips.

4th time ordering. Doesnt stop my nasal snoring, but It helps in breathing better. I forget Im wearing it, its that comfortable. Clear, unscented. Not the basket type, couldnt keep those in. This one stays put. This device keeps my cpap nasal cushion from cutting into bottom of nose while wearing nasal cpap during sleep. I like to add some chapstick to mine to make it easier to insert into nose. I think this keeps it more pliable, so you will get more than 30 uses. None of mine have broken. Im going to echo another person's comment. The ad I re-purchased from stated 3 units. This is false advertising. There is only ONE item in a sealed box.

I bought this because my roommate complains of my loud snoring.We were both very skeptical that this would work because how could a small piece of plastic clipped to your nose stop snoring?The funny this is, this product actually worked.I used it for way longer than the 30 days they advertised. It worked 95% of the time for half a year!Then I stopped using this product for 3 months because I came back home and didn't have to room with anyone.Upon living with my roommate again, and reusing it, my roommate claimed that the product stopped working. I thought this was because the plastic has softened and decided to purchase a new one. Surprisingly, it still doesn't work.In the end, i'm not sure if this product does truly work, because it has worked for half a year, then stopped working. Maybe I adapted?

The nasal dialator definitely helped me breath better while sleeping. The main problem was that the nasal dialator was put together in such a way that the part that squeezed the inside of my nose had sharp plastic pieces, along the seam, that cut the inside of my nose. Therefore, I cannot wear it.

I suffer from sleep apnea, and usually use a c-pap machine which pumps a steady stream of air to my lungs via a silicon mask fitted over my nose. This gets annoying and sometimes air escapes and makes a loud hissing noise which can disturb my sleep almost as much as snoring! I thought I'd give this product a try. Yes, it opens the nasal passages and makes it much easier to breathe through my nose. However, for some reason my mouth still manages to open during the night and I snore, just not as loudly as usual. I have a second device that fits into my mouth and helps my tongue to stay forward, but when I use it on its own I sometimes have trouble breathing because my nasal passages get blocked. I find that using the mouth device together with the Silent Snooz gets the best results. I don't snore, I breathe better, and feel more rested in the morning. For someone whose snoring is caused solely by narrow or blocked nasal passages, this device would work well.
