I read about watercress in a "retirement" magazine regarding its traditional usage as support for the lungs .... an anti-inflammatory in these challenging times. Swanson has such a product and I am in the process of trying it now. What I can say is that I don't feel any unwanted side effects so that's a good sign.

I use this for thinning hair and itchy scalp. I make a tea and put it in a squirt bottle. After I shampoo I use it as a final rinse. I will keep you updated on whether it works or not for thinning hair.

A good supplement for when you aren't getting enough leafy greens each day or if you want the nutrition from a particular green but don't like the taste. Easy to swallow capsules at a reasonable price.
