The service of shipping is outstanding. The seller wrapped the item very well. However, this item is failed for having a clear description. It is actually a keychain not a regular doll. The photo image is much nicer than the real product. It won't be possible to pose the item as the image, because the hands and legs are unmoved. The back of the doll's hair is extremely uneven. It has big section of short hair.
