I have major neck trouble, with three prolapsed discs, and need as much help as I can get to keep me driving, especially as it's integral to my work. This support is really helping me out. on a daily basis.First up, the material is comfortable to rest against, with a good memory foam experience, cushioning your head and upper back. This creates a perfect resting point to help protect your neck. The material is a nice matt black and is all but invisible against my black leather seat. This pleases me enormously, as I don't want to be waving a big flag saying I have problems!During the recent heatwave the support has not been super-heated, unlike my seat and has remained supportive, with no droop of the foam. There is an elasticated band that wraps around the back of your headrest that keeps the support in the right place, which is a positive. It took me a while to get it in the best place, but I wouldn't want to drive without it now.I have the support positioned so that it covers my upper back / lower neck and provides support there at - for me - what is the most crucial part. I don't want the thickest part of the pad touching my head, so that sits at the nape of my neck and is perfect on long drives on the motorway so that I can fully rest my head on the cushioning. It really does work for me, try it, it could do for you, too. Recommended.

I've got a fused upper spine so my head can never quite rest on the headrest as it won't go back that far. This wonderful device means I can drive with my head fully supported in supreme comfort all day long when needed.The quality and materials are great. The design is nice and actually improves the look of the car seat.Next I'm going to test one on my office chair as it's been such a successThe only downside - it's a touch too deep (by 50mm) so there is a couple of inches of foam behind my upper back even when the head rest is at full height. Could be shortened with a little more blaster at the base of the neck to be perfect for me.

It achieved the desired result of providing a head rest at a more comfortable position than the car's built-in one. It's also supportive and fairly comfortable.It does tend to move slightly out of position sometimes but I dare say if I spent more than the 10 seconds I did in the first place to install it then I would figure out a way to make it stay in place better.The fact is that it does the job I desired it to and for longer journeys I can sit back in a bit more comfort whilst maintaining a good driving position.It's less about wanting to rest and more about stopping neck strain and fatigue, which tends to be the case when you're head is bobbing about the place for hours.I was a bit hesitant when buying as it looks an 'odd' shape in the pictures (perhaps protruding too much in places). But the shape is absolutely fine and contours the head and neck in a non-invasive manner.

Minimises stress on the neck

I changed the family car after 7 years. The new car works well as a family car but the back support on the car seats is awful.I have arthritis and mobility issues. At the same time I have to do family journeys all week. So there has been a lot of discomfort driving.This neck support has been superb and is SOO supportive. I also purchased 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐖𝐈𝐍𝐍𝐄𝐑 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟐* Back Support Chair Cushion from Amazon too for lumbar support.I am doing many journeys and at the end of the day feeling decreased stiffness in the neck joints. This neck support has made a REAL difference. Recommended.
