About the best you can do at home
While not the same as restaurants in Japan this is the closest you get. A Japanese person texting in US connected this is more like the daily home version and good. It's not salty, not too fishy. Two pouches with 6oz spaghetti is just right.

Mostly just salty
I’d definitely use 1 packet for more than 100g of pasta because it’s quite salty. Pretty good but not really sure I taste mentaiko..
