The pencil is soft and goes on easily without having to apply pressure. It is a long length , and will last s long time. Because it is soft I recommend using a setting spray to prevent smears.

I like sephora eyeliner bc it last long and doesn't smear.. unfortunately this eyeliner u sent me was the wrong one. It didn't last long and it smeared down my eyes with in a hour. I looked like a racoon . Very disappointed. Especially for the price I paid ..
