Life saver...helped to recover from a fractured foot. I had bought two in 2017 for my left fractured foot and recently bought one mire for my fractured right foot. It is pricey but worth every penny.

After being in a walking boot for what seemed like forever and my ankle still hurting and PT only making it worse I found a new podiatrist. We scheduled surgery but till then he told me to try this brace/compression sock. It is pricy, but it is amazing. I was able to walk again with a regular shoe till surgery despite there being torn stuff in my ankle and it also brought the swelling down as well as the pain. While my tendon did keep snapping out of place and over the fibula, the pain was way less than when it was in a boot and I could wear regular jeans again too. Even though I only needed it for 2 weeks as then my doctor fixed my ankle and I haven't needed it since, it was worth it for those 2 weeks.

This brace has just the right amount of compression and the pads on the side feel great. This is the first time since my surgery the swelling has been significantly reduced at the back/bottom of the ankle. It is light support, so if you need help with stability I would probably go with this brace with the added strap, but this was perfect for what I needed.

The Bauerfeind ankle braces are the best out there. I have a collection of inexpensive ankle braces that never helped. I now have a few of the Bauerfeind’s. The MalleoTrain is the one that has worked the best! I’ve been wearing them for 7 months now. Amazing!

I have an old injury that caused the ankle bones to be rubbing together due to very little padding left between them. This brace really helps me walk without nearly as much pain as I was experiencing without.the brace..
