Pilot fountain pen ink mini iroshizuku 3 color set A

Great inks--my first time trying Iroshizuku. Tsuki-yo is a beautiful denim blue with excellent shading. One of my new favorite blues. Kon-peki is a vibrant blue/turquoise. All inks flow very well--drying time is decently quick for how much ink is laid down. Inks are not waterproof at all if that is an issue for you--should not be used for important documents.

No matter how deep you are in the fountain pen hobby, Pilot Iroshizuku inks are among the most recommended and favorite for quality dye-based ink. Because of that, I decided to purchase this set as it contains the main colors (black and 2x blues).To start, it is cheaper here on Amazon versus other stores. They arrived in timely fashion and had no issues with the ink. The only issue (if it is an issue) is that the ink stated it was from 2023. But of course, most inks should last years.Regardless, if you are trying to test out Iroshizuku inks, I would definitely recommend this sample set as 15ml is a good amount and should last tons of refills.

It’s hard to describe what sets these inks apart from other quality inks, but there’s something special about them. The colors are always beautiful yet manageable. Not subtle, but thoughtfully curated, I guess. Writing is smooth and fluid. Love these small bottle sets!

Very good quality coming from iroshuzuku as always. If youre thinking of some good ink to get this would most definitely be a safe buy. I warning that I have for some is that the ink is a bit wet. So if you dont like wet ink this may not be the best ink for your tastes.

I love this line of ink and I love the option of trying smaller amounts of a color before investing in a larger bottle. I do wish that there were more color options available - and even better, I'd LOVE it if I could choose three colors to try. I don't really care about trying three shades of blue. I'd like to try a red and an orange and the bamboo green shade.

The Pilot Iroshizuku line has high quality inks for fountain pens. These small bottles allow me to try these colors without having to buy larger bottles. They are also helpful given my current ink storage capacity.
