I have Hashimoto's Thyroiditis and Fibromyalgia. I can't believe what a difference the two simple ingredients in this product have made in the quality of my life. My pain has improved 80-90%. What I didn't expect was the increase in energy I've experienced, so much so that I have started exercising daily. Prior to taking this, I wouldn't have had the energy to write this review. For me I felt a difference within the first week. I am so thankful I found this product!!

I have had fibromyalgia for about 10 years and this is the only thing that has helped with the pain. I waited to write the review just to see if it really worked and it does. I now am more energetic as the pain went from daily to almost none. It has gave me better quality of life and I can think better being my body isn’t in pain daily now. I have been dealing with systemic fibromyalgia for about 40 yrs. Despite strict diet and exercise regimen, I still struggle with breakthrough pain, fatigue, and physical restrictions. My chiropractor recommended this product several years ago. I experienced marked improvement while taking it and serious setbacks when I would run out. I learned my lesson. I make sure I stay stocked up with this product. It's not a cure, but life is a bit better.

Made me sick to my stomach every time I took it even with a full meal or snack so couldn't get a passed day 4 to see if it actually was worth the money or not for me it is not cause I don't like being nauseous all the time

Let me just start by saying- I was taking magnesium malate and the brand I was using was sold out so I bought magnesium glycinate instead. Biggest mistake ever!for three months, Up until buying this product , I was in so much pain daily and it took me a while to make the connection. My cousin suggested this to me and the pain is gone. I’m a sports massage therapist. I wouldn’t recommend something if I didn’t believe it works. Hopefully this review will help someone suffering with pain.
