Ok, this is the deal! Many people like me have discovered that these manufacturers add many fillers to their proprietary mix. Even some of the higher regarded brands like LumberJack and Bear Mountain do not contain 100% of the wood listed as the main ingredient. My main concern is flavor, if I buy mesquite wood, I want the smoke to smell correct! Cookingpellets.com is the first pellets I have found to finally give the flavor I am seeking for my cooking!
