Great Stepstool, perfect for kitchens with tall cabinets
This stepstool is solid as a rock. I use it confidently for items stored above arm's reach. Looks good too. I love it!!!

Great idea for the kitchen.
Great to have in the kitchen to help reach upper cabinets. Easy to move around and one foot depresses the rollers and makes it stable.

Love It
I am a short female and just injured my shoulder so reaching became difficult for me. I remembered this type of step stool from many years ago and ordered this from Amazon. A friend easily put it together. A stable, easy to climb and move stool that is perfect for me. Does not take up much room and is attractive. Worth the money to give my shoulder a break from reaching the higher cabinet shelves. Customer service from this company was helpful.

Still the best
It's great to see that these are still being made. Simple & effective as they were 50 years ago. Nobody has managed to come up with a better design because there is no better design. BTW, my parents still have the one that my grandmother bought for them in 1977. Although scratched, dinged up & wearing a few drops of spilled paint, it still works like new.

Library quality rolling stool
This is a legitimate heavy duty stool with good casters and a bumper. Easy to assemble.

Sturdy, safe, and attractive
An excellent solution for those out of reach shelves in my kitchen, this rolling stool is safe and sturdy, looks attractive, and rolls easily without fuss and bother. Better made than the plastic version, thus stepstool is solid and looks built to last. The ridges in the surface present a bit of a cleaning challenge but since they make the stool slip-proof it's not a bad trade-off, I just use a scrub brush and vacuum to loosen and remove any bits of dirt that get in there from regular use.

hard to assemble
I could not get the third leg to seat into position. So if left like that the instructions say do not use and CANNOT BE RETURNED?????!!!! That is BSGood thing I am a workworker and a mechanical engineer with many clamps and I was able to setup a pressing fixture to apply pressure to the proper location to seat the pins. No way was the hand pressure method would work.At $70 it was not the least expensive one to choose. I usually by higher price ones to avoid these issues

My 4th kik-step!
I love my rolling kick stool! I use mine daily while working. The joy of being short is that you always need a ladder or step stool. I keep one in my basement, one in my kitchen and one in my workroom. I’ve had to get multiples because my husband always steals it. They are easy to roll into place and lock down when you step on it. I grew up with kikstep because my mother always had one. Don’t hesitate about it-it works awesome and I won’t ever be without mine!
