Walkerswood is the only Jerk Seasoning you'll ever need. It's made in Ochos Rios from traditional Jamaican peppers and spices. NOTE: JAMAICAN MILD IS AMERICAN SPICY/EXTRA SPICY. JAMAICAN SPICY IS AMERICAN EXTRA/SUPER SPICY.A little goes a long way as far as flavor and spice because it's a paste not a dry rub. You'll have the 50lb tub for a very long time. I own a small food truck and use this in addition to my freshly made sauce. You can also add a bit to pineapple barbecue sauce for an instant jerk sauce.
