I had a desk with tapering legs that tended to slide around in plastic or flat floor protectors. The ability to remove the small middle piece keeps the legs in the middle of the cup and the size still spreads the weight from the desk out over the carpet/wood. These work well and the size was optimal for what I needed - smaller cups fit the tapered legs but didn't really change the pressure on the rug or prevent it from sliding. No more sliding now!

Both our kids beds are on rollers and we have hard floors. I was tired of the beds moving causing the headboard to bang against the wall. THESE work very nicely. It is a bit difficult positioning the corner wheel (we have the beds against 2 walls), but it wouldn't be a problem if they weren't against a wall.They're worth it!

The wheels to fit perfectly, but they do the trick. My bed is staying in place.

We needed something to keep the guestroom bed from sliding anytime someone sat on the bed. We had removed the carpet and put in laminate flooring. These caster cups worked perfectly! Easy to put under the roller casters and no more rolling away!!

Pads defintely stay in place! Issue is the bed wheels roll right off of them. Would go for a "deeper" design

I thought I would try 2 on each twin bed. It worked great to keep the beds from rolling when sitting on the bed! They fit my bed wheels perfect.
