Q: Is this ok to use in a 2022 kawasai mule profxt

Check your Operator's / Owner's Manual. This is GL-5 Hypoy C gear oil. Should be good for differentials with significant gear-sheer stresses. If your vehicle (ATV, Motorcycle, '57 Chevy) has those characteristics, this oil should be fine. I used it in several motorcycles, including a Concours 1000, 2003 BMW R1150RT, and my current old BMW 1995 R100RT. The newer wethead BMWs with the "Big Hole" differentials call for a different gear oil spec.

Q: Im using this in my 01 ford lightning because i put a yukon duragrip differential in my truck. how many recommended miles driven before i change it?

Dunno, but I change my 1995 BMW R100 RT gear and final drive oil every 20,000 miles. Did the same for my 1992 Kawasaki 1000 Concours and my 2003 BMW R1150RT.
