Does it taste like blue raspberry?

I have a small blueberry orchard so one might say I am reasonably familiar with the taste of blueberries.  I also have many raspberry bushes, as well.  To the best of my knowledge, there is no such thing as a "blue raspberry" so I am wondering if you mean black raspberry.  In that case, the answer would be no.  Bear in mind that all of the Jello products use a combo of artificial and natural flavors in an attempt to simulate the fruit they are trying to emulate.  They are more or less successful in what they are trying to emulate but they never do so entirely successfully.  I would say "resemble" is the word you want.  There is some similarity between any of their flavored jello and the actual fruit but certainly no where near the flavor of the real fruit itself.  With Jello it is more of a convenience and color thing.  If you truly wanted the exact flavor of a particular fruit, you would do better to buy the fruit, boil it into a syrup and then add colorless gelatin to the mix.  That would be going through a whole lot of trouble just to replicate a flavor which you liked.  An easier solution would be simply to add the berries or other fruit you liked to one of their flavored gelatin mixes - in this case you would add actual blueberries to the blueberry mix.  Life is sort of a series of compromises meaning how much trouble do you want to go to so as to replicate a flavor you like.  If absolutely must have a certain flavor to your Jello, my suggestion would be to buy some of that fruit which you like and then boil it down for about 15 minutes using a light syrup.  Next add the package of Jello which is labeled for that fruit and refrigerate.  The end product will absolutely taste like the fruit you want and have the properties of Jello, as well.    It is a good way to stretch a particular fruit which you might like but which also tends to be on the expensive side.  You could add whipped cream or ice cream and serve it as a dessert.  You could bake, or else buy, some biscuits, split them in half and spoon the jello-fruit mixture onto your biscuits for breakfast.  Works for bagels, also, or even hot cereal.
