Awesome Product
For long duration calls and meetings, this is a great product. Hands/ears free, wire free and has good audio quality.Charging takes almost 1.5 to 2 hrs and works for complete 1 day on battery.I had to make couple of settings to make it work with all calling software and it is working perfectly fine. Value for money and Amazon delivery was prompt as usual.

I want to buy one more of the same
It has been a relief using this product as I have to make multiple calls with various teams. I am saddened to find it is no longer available, I was hoping to buy one more

Highly priced and Mic is not great
This product is highly-priced. However, the mic is not that great. When you stand two steps away from the speaker, the other person in the meeting cannot listen. Mic quality is poor

There are hardly any setting available.
Jabra Speaker quality is good, good UI on the speaker. I think the back is goodJabra Direct (settings software) is just an information window. There are hardly any setting possibleMost basic requirement is the Microphone sensitivity setting, which is absent. This is disappointing.Other nice to have feature would be automatic volume control. The feature is highly desirable, when you are on a conference call with multiple participants. Some of them are very loud others are feeble. this feature can greatly improve experience.

Picks a lots of background noise
I primarily use this for my zoom meetings and it catches all the background noise (fans, distant vehicle honking, etc.). I have tried with zoom mobile app and zoom desktop app, Bluetooth, USB but it still picks up background noise.Given the amount paid for the product, it is not worth it.I went ahead with Jabra just because of the brand but it one is a disappointment for zoom meetings.
