I'm truly, absolutely and completely stunned! This was a purchase for my 16 year old teenage son's Easter gift this year (2017). It's his favorite game, and I was searching for an inexpensive collectible to compliment the movie, and I landed on this. I am SO glad I did! My husband and I are SHOCKED (still are!) at how high quality this sword really is! He's recently started a phase of an interest in learning and collecting swords, including two Kitana that are very plastic and fake-looking, that he keeps on display. I caught my 6 year old playing with it once and told her not to. NOT because it was unsafe, as they are cheap plastic, but because it belonged to her older brother and at that age teens don't like younger siblings touching their things very much. It was merely to avoid argument. THIS, however, will remain in its leather cover because it is REAL metal and a pretty sharp edge...one you can make even sharper by simply sharpening it! It even came with a cover for the tip! I was shocked at how real this thing is! It's true quality workmanship in the handle, and I'm amazed at the detail and workmanship put into it as well, plus it does have some weight to it! For the price, you get an amaaaazing product! I'd compare it to the size (length-wise) to a machete. My son knows to keep it up, out of reach and on display. No doubt he'll be showing this amazing sword off to his friends! Major parent points earned with this purchase! We set ground rules (such as no 'sword fighting' with friends, no playing with it at all, and a few others for safety since he's the oldest of 5 kids). If you're looking for a good collectible for a decent price, there's no doubt about it, you've found it! Go ahead and "Buy It Now" with confidence! Ordered this for my son to start his collection,blades not sharp. it is pointy & could cause damage if not careful, NOT A TOY.has a good weight to it, the handle design is just lovely & sturdy, blade is sturdy, very durable in whole.the sheath is good for cosplay and protection, not flimsy. I was very impressed with the overall quality for the price. my son is happy with it, I would recommend this item for any assassins creed fan for their wall collectionpackaged well & fast shipping. super happy

Very nice, good weight and balance. Could definitely be sharpened and wall mounted. Works perfectly with the Ezio Auditore da Firenze costumes from Leg Avenue and Simply Halloween (a different version of the costume). The leather sheathe will only last one evening if you walk around with it. It is not a weight bearing sheathe and will tear after awhile. This 'Sword of Altair' is not exactly correct in its design; there is no goblin head on Altair's sword in the game. The handle is covered in leather in the game. The shape of the sword however is correct. It's a well made item.

I've been so anxious for this sword to come in, as I've been planning my cosplay costume for an event coming up in the next couple of months. The packaging seemed well enough to withstand any substantial damage, but that wasn't the case. I thought that the tip of the handle screwed onto the rest of the sword, since there were two separate pieces. To my surprise, the handle, right about the little insignia, had cracked clean off. Everything else about the sword was practically flawless. The weight is realistic, the sharpness blew me away, and even the sheath wasn't as gaudy as I imagined. Hopefully some Gorilla Glue can help me piece this thing back together. I was very upset with the handling of this product, though I'm sure the Vendor isn't all at fault; being shipping companies tend to treat every package like it can withstand the apocalypse. I still love the product and really hope the glue can salvage this. 4 stars for the product. Not 5, specifically because I'm angry >.<

Any fan of assassin‘s Creed would love this weapon it’s a good sturdy looking weapon the markings are identical from the game five stars only downside it’s meant for people with small waist if you want to wear it I tried an alternate way of wearing it and I popped one of the holes where the studs go into the sheath

The swords are nice for the price and sharp enough. I had ordered two and it was missing a sheath. Still I like what I have and the sheath was just an extra bonus.

Love it, it's the perfect size for someone about 5'8" doing cosplay or even just a collector. Great detail and good balance.
