Great sound, very satisfied

This is a really heavy built gong. I am impressed by its weight, and the depth of the sound that it produces. I am enjoying hearing it chime, and recommend it for those who like a deep, mellow sound.

I usually buy the traditional wind chimes, but I really enjoy the bong sound. It is so relaxing and is a relaxing sound.

I love the deep resonating sound this bell produces.Would recommend and even buy another one for different location.

Very nice look in our garden, hanging off deck. Needs moderate wind to chime, but I often ring it when I walk by. Beautiful deep tone. Good bass, not high pitched.

This sends a nice, deep “bong” through the yard. The wooden clapper softens the initial clang, so it’s more like hearing a harbor bell from a distance rather than a sharp clank. You can also mute it further by cutting a short tube of fabric from an old sock and slipping it over the feather and up and over the clapper.It’s heavy, so mind where you hang it. I used chain to hang it about ten feet up in a tree.The string wore through after only a few months. Looks like it rubbed on the bottom edge of the bell until it was cut through,
