Set it and forget it. Great product.
Great fit exactly what I needed. Have Frigidaire 6000 btu and magnavox 12000 btu. Fit both perfectly no more complaining from landlord so that makes for an excellent product. Bought half inch inner diameter hose. Fits snug. Perfect solution

Another thing off the honey-do list!!
This is what I've been looking for!! Perfect fit and keeps the water from dripping all over my siding. Shame this doesn't come with the window shaker in the first place.

Worked as expected. If there is any stress on the elbow it may leak so route tubing carefully. Well made.

Perfect replacement for LG A/C
Perfect replacement for the broken drain plug on my LG A/C. However, at $8, it's pricey!!

Good for 3 years, then replace it
It worked well the first few years. Now three years later I’m replacing it due to leakage. The ring doesn’t have the flexibility to hold a seal. Water goes around and drips onto my downstairs neighbor’s chair on her patio.The plastic part looks a little chewed up on the tips from being removed for cleaning and reinstalled. That could be why it doesn’t seal because it can’t press firmly into place anymore.

Cheap junk. Didn't work.
Installed the piece and noticed water was dripping in the tubing, but also just as much still dripping from the unit around the tubing. Got back up on the ladder to find the cheap plastic had already stripped just from installation which was done gently. Because of that the seal was very loose so it dripped, and now it doesn't even stay in the unit. Waste of money.

Perfect fit
The washer that came with this was spongy and didn't seal like I thought it should. A regular garden hose washer is the same size and gave a much tighter fit. For the price paid, this was an EXCELLENT value overall.

Used for years with no issues
I buy these every year for my air conditioner. I've placed them in 6 completely different models and they all worked great. I take my ACs out every winter and found after one use and removal they aren't that great the next year. But at this price its a non issue.
