Update International (SBR-15) 15 Qt Induction Ready Stainless Steel Brazier w/Cover, Silver

I was looking for a large stainless steel pot (induction compatible) for cooking large meals such as roast or gumbo with more room to spare. This pot has lots of surface area allowing to brown food quickly without constantly turning and stirring. Bring stainless steel it also heats very quickly with my induction cooktop. Very solidly built. I would highly recommend this pot to anyone looking for large cookware.

This pan is great! It's very sturdy and the handles are attached very well (important for these heavy pots!) I made spaghetti sauce for 60 the other week and had no burning, scorching, or staining. A huge improvement for our church kitchen over the old pots we had!

Good product, good quality, good price. I would recommend this pot and buy it again myself if I need another.

I got this pan because we moved to a smaller house and have a smaller kitchen, thus the smoke alarm tends to go off. With a gas stove and a power burner and not enough draw from the exhaust fan. So I found that using a pan or pot with a higher side helps the exhaust fan do a better job. I misjudged onshe size of this pot, it really is huge. Better suited for a commercial environment, which is its real purpose. I did try it out a few times, it woud be great for stews, soups etc in mass quantity. Unfortunate but I'll end up donating it but someone will get some use out of it. It's well made, good quality. If you need a HUGE pot, I recommend it.

Loved using this for a large pot of meatballs and sauce. Will also use for large rice dishes. It worked great on my Thermidor induction cooktop

This pot has instantly become my best cooker. Deep frying, brazing, stewing, making heaps of bone broth. Souping. It makes my culinary intentions work. No hot spots, no cold spots. Like driving a Porsche on my induction cooktop. Stays between the lines with no effort. Wishing I could find a 12 quart version. Best. Pot. Ever.

Where the handle brackets are welded to the pot, the welds were too hot and burned the metal on the inside of the pot. Food will likely stick to these spots, and further discoloration over time seems likely. It's a shame, because otherwise it's quite good. I'm going to return it and spend a little more money on a better one.

Great pot for making larger than single batches of jam. Its sturdy 19 gauge 18/8 surface prevents burning which can easily happen with other pots. It's a keeper for me.
