FF Red Premium Guards

Update: After about 2 months of use these started to wear and fall of really easily, sometimes while I was cutting so I stopped using them. I would say they are good for home use but I wouldn’t recommend for shop use with 10+ cuts a day. Also the half guard is not good, the tips of it are too rounded and they don’t cut as well as the wahl ones that comes with clippersI was a little skeptical about getting these at first. I saw them on an Instagram ad and needed some new gaurds anyway, these were a great price so I went for it. Sooo glad I did! These are much better than standard wahl gaurds. Thick hard plastic, no bending or piping off. When I first received them the #3 guard was defective and didn’t fit on the clippers. I contacted the seller and they replied within minutes and sent me a whole new set of gaurds. Iv only been using them a week so I can’t speak on the durability but I’ll update if they for whatever reason don’t hold up against shop use

These guards do look and feel premium however, quality control was slightly missed. Upon using the FF Red Premium 1 Guard cutting my sons hair, I noticed the plastic that touches the clipper blades had broken off after first use. I can still cut with them and they are hanging on for the most part but I feel as if you are advertising Guards as premium, the plastics should be a bit more high quality where it counts.

This product would have gotten a smooth five stars if the half clip would fit without rattling. I contacted the merchant and they responded with the quickness. They sent me out a new set but that half clip still wont stop rattling with my finger on the back of it. All the other clips fit nice and snug. Shout out to the seller for coming out with these. The set would be fire it is wasnt for that pesky half clip.

I bought these guards to replace the old ones, must say i wasnt disappointed.It is made of durable plastic and the metal clip is a plus, and hold on to the clipper very well rather than your everyday clip on plastic guard.

Great product! The blends come out perfect. These are just as good as the wahl premium guards, I actually like these better. Great customer service highly recommend.

Used these for over a year... never had any problems. Definitely worth it.

These guards are high quality, but the 0 guard rattles a bit other than that these are great!

They don’t fit perfectly
