High quality stuff. High tension and well-made. I’m glad I didn’t go with one of the other brands on here for a few dollars cheaper, where nearly all of the reviews and questions were obviously written by the seller themselves to mislead me. It was well worth the extra $2 to buy here and not support such scumbagery. These don’t have any rubberized grip on the inside, but it really isn’t necessary and is gentler on clothes and skin without it. They’re not quite as elastic as the cheap-o rubber ones I have, but they’re much higher tension so I combine them for some exercises. For instance if I put one just above my knees and want to be able to put my legs all the way together without it falling down I’d have to use the smallest one, but that one doesn’t quite have enough stretch to handle a full range spread of the legs, so I use the mid size one, with one of my flimsy rubber ones around it so it’s snug the whole time but doesn’t restrict range of motion. And it’s much more comfortable (and challenging) than stacking my old rubber band style ones. I should have bought these sooner, they’ll be part of my vacation workout gear from now on since they’re so versatile and portable. Great buy

I’ve been working out consistently for months and find these bands challenging. The easiest band feels good but I will need to stay at this level for a while because I couldn’t budge to any exercises with the other 2 bands. That being said, I was looking for bands that don’t fold over and hurt while in use and these meet the criteria. I recommend these but caution those just starting out a fitness routine to take it slow and listen to your body to avoid injury.

These bands are very good quality. They are sturdy and will not roll while in use. That being said, while I don’t categorize myself as a beginner, these bands are stiffer than they look in the pictures. I’m sure if you are a CrossFit master, these will be much easier to use, but it will take me a while to stretch these suckers as shown in the pictures. That’s NOT a bad thing. Great workout and gives me something to work toward. I wanted to post this review because my first thought was to return them. However, I worked through the first workout and was pleasantly surprised how much I liked it. It wasn’t perfect, but I’ll feel it in the morning. The poster is also very good to show the moves. I usually like videos with a little more instruction, but these are pretty clear.

So far I love these bands. Overall they are MUCH better than the latex ones and I truly hope they last a very long time. The tensile strength/resistance is so much better than the latex bands as well. You will really get a great workout! They seem to be very well constructed and feel much better on my legs than the latex ones do. I will update my review for sturdiness and durability.

These are amazing quality for price. The black is light resistance,grey is medium, and mustard yellow is heavy. I currently use grey the most with my beachbody 80 day obsession home workouts. I will integrate the mustard yellow as I get stronger and need to challenge myself in the next week or so. I love the colors. And the width of the band's. My only gripe would be that black is too light and wont get much usage and I would've liked it for gym, but doesn't seem challenging enough.

The colors are as shown in the picture and the bands came packaged nicely.Large logo (but it doesn't matter bcus really you should be concerned with the quality of the product as opposed to the brand name if you were buying exercise equipment *eye roll*)For the 3 different resistance levels, it's perfectly balanced. Easy lvl is a perfect degree of some resistance and give. Medium will challenge you but you can stretch it, cmon now. Hard...ooo my ass will thank you.

I bought this product with the intent of rehabing my weak muscles and building uo over time through the added resistance. The overall style is a 9 / 10 ! the quality is the same ! The only bad thing is there i not a big enough difference in the band the least resistance fells almost the same as the medium . I wish at least the lowest resistance should be half the resistance to get the form down and be able to warm up and build more gradually . overall if you already are in somewhat good shape this will do the job well .

I bought these bands for my husband, who is 6'4" with long and strong legs. The rubber resistance loops that I have and use just wasn't working for him as they always pulled his hair and he even snapped one. So I was excited to find these bands!! The fabric and the the width of the bands work great as they don't pull hair, they don't roll and they don't slip. They are incredibly resistant, which makes the workout tough but effective. We like the three different sizes and have already used all three. Only thing is that they are not super flexible like the rubber resistance bands, so some exercises like extending your leg all the way back from your knees, is not as doable. But that's okay, it just makes us push harder! Love having these as part of our home-gym collection :)
