Just started reading, but it is great! There are so many exercises so you can start applying it to your own life right away. It is very useful if you struggle with conversation or talking about yourself. I have difficulty retelling stories in general and especially of my own experiences. The book is very direct and to the point. I know it will be very helpful.

This book is about how to tell a story, not how to write one. Still, it helped me a lot and I enjoyed and had so much fun reading it. It has some tips about structure of the story, but its main focus is storytelling as an act (kind of stand up comedy, but focused on telling a personal story).
