The item was delivered quickly and well packaged. Setting up the box was very easy, having some knowledge of andriod box's would be useful but in this case not essential.Once set up the box has an app guide so you can download apps that you would find useful i.e. movies and tv shows 😉😉The remote has worked on all the apps listed in the guide that i have tried although it's not the best. You still have the arrow icon on the screen to navigate just lots of clicks to get to the movie you want.Compared to other box's I've had this one has been by far the easiest for my kids to use. Also the customer service was excellent.

Took some time getting used of this product after having had a firestick for the last 12 months but I am very pleased with it. The product is very simple to set up. I got it specifically for using Kodi and other apps offering tv programmes & films. Please be aware the bluetooth facility doesn't really work very well however this isn't so much of a problem because you can use a USB wired keyboard and mouse.I absolutely love this product very much and would highly recommend it. The customer service received from Abox themselves has been very good.

Bought two, one of them is amazing so impressed - quick, does what you need it to and had no issues. Second box had a few issues but I got a quick reply and already arranged an exchange with the seller. Very impressed at how friendly, and quick the customer service was. Thank you

Needed to upgrade my aging Droidbox T8 which is still working but unable to upgrade to latest Kodi builds, (unable to upgrade Android).So this was a direct replacement for this, same location - same WIFIConstanly drops Wifi even after resetting the boxCrashes ramdomly, during installs of addons, watching streams even browsing the Android menu system. Even when it did work it was sometimes buffering on poor wifi signal.After 3 (after completley wiping) installs a different Wizards for Kodi and same problemsRe-instating my orignal box and the old Kodi (16.1) still works flawlessly on the same settings of WIFI and VPNReturned to senderUpdate July 18Customer service was very good is sorting out a replacement box, but i still have a problem with weak Wifi signal. Further investigation found that if moved the box away from the TV onto a nearby shelf gives better results (I did not have this problem with the previous box from a different supplier). Although it now works i am still not happy to have the box on the shelf with the connection cables in full view.

Box stopped working after a week and had to be returned. Would no longer boot.In the week we had it, we had numerous problems ranging from apps crashing to it freezing and needing to be restarted. Based on our experience, we wouldn't recommend this Android TV Box to others.

Been using this box now for a few weeks and have to say its one of the best android boxes I have used to date.Hardware is more than capable of handling anything I've thrown at it so far, including some 4k samples and it runs silent and cool. I normally use a small USB fan under my boxes however it is not necessary with this unit.Connectivity is perfect, WiFi is strong as is the LAN connection, Bluetooth doesn't drop randomly and I have three devices connected at any given time. Remote control supplied works well and much easier than using a cell phone as a controller.With regards to software, I initially install ATVxperience and Poison ROM onto the device however lost Bluetooth and the IR remote. ABOX tech provided me with the original firmware and this restored these feature (flash with USB Burning Tool). The stock OS is very responsive and quick to launch applications.I can confirm that Kodi works very nice on this machine and I recommend the Titanium builds that are available. Just do some research first.I'm struggling to find any bad points with this purchase. For the price paid and the features available I can't recommended it enough to first time android TV box users or more advanced users.For those interested, TWRP runs perfectly and can process a full backup without issues.As a final note I played around with some games using an XBox controller and again no issues. FPS was decent and graphics looked smooth.Great product ABOX, well done.

One of the best boxes I've had for the price, probably the best. Really fast and responsive and I haven't had any issues with it as of yet. Normally the remotes are pretty rubbish, but to be fair this one's really good and has good range. Can't complain at this price

Very easy to set up, just fit the hdmi lead into the back and the power lead then your ready to go.Have netfix amazon prime and rakuten all in once place as well as sky news, no need for a fire stick, chrome cast as all in one place.Remote is a bit pants but ok once you get used to it.
