Love these new qtr turn compression valves to replace the old multi-turn valves.
After 35 years the old multi-turn valves started corroding and failing to shutoff water flow completely and/or failing open back up once closed. Time to replace them. New ones are easy enough to install, depending on your cabinet yoga situation.

WELL BUILT, BUT
I returned these valves because I didn't need them any longer. However, they are solid and well built. If I ever need to replace valves, I'll certainly consider reordering.One improvement would be a ceramic cut-off instead of plastic, which these valves use ... I just don't care for plastic parts.

Good Replacement
The old valve would no longer shut off the water entirely. Looks like its washer was chipped.
