Amazon Brand - Solimo High Strength Vitamin C 1000 mg with Citrus Bioflavonoids Food Supplement, 180 Tablets

I purchased these as they were a very good price compared to others I've seen on Amazon and sold by other companies.I take one a day and for me they seem to keep colds away.My son was beginning to get the symptoms of a cold and I gave him these for a few days and he felt a lot better and didnt get the full effects of a cold.Not sure if its the tablets or just coincidence, but they seem to work well for myself and my son.

Up to you whether you think it’s beneficial to take a high dose vitamin C supplement; the studies are pretty inconclusive and there’s even some evidence that ACE supplements can reduce the body’s ability to recover from strenuous exercise... all very confusing.What isn’t confusing is that this is a high dose, bulk buy from Amazon’s own brand that is hard to beat on value for money. A lot less expensive than some of the alternatives I have bought before. I have had no issues with them - easy enough to swallow, no caking or binding in the bottle. Overall a good choice if you or your household want a high dose without paying too much.

Eversince i used this vitamin,the pain in my right leg has gone. I think im short of vit c in my body, i highly recommend this product.
