Owning eight other Tilley Hats all Cotton Duck this one is a little different for me. I really like this one a lot as I do all of my other Tilley Hats. It fits the same as the others and the chin strap really works well. Yes the color is real red and not some weird off shade of the same. This Hat is very light weight. I believe the material will shed both rain and snow well though I haven't tried it under those conditions yet. Only two things neither good or bad but just my own personal preferences. I would like it if this hat was as heavy as my Cotton Duck Hats and I would have liked it better if the price was about twenty bucks less.

Good concept but brim is easily creased, resulting in permanent folds. You cant iron them out like other Tilleys, as a result sun protection and look compromised. Elastic cord also a fail, very hard to comfortably tuck it up into the hat like other Tilleys. On the plus side the material is pretty cool, and the lower crown better looking than the regular Tilley design. But not enough to make up for the deffects, try one of their other hats.

Got this for my husband and it was delivered in a box and on time. He loves this hat and wears it when he goes outside to help protect him from the sun. We live in Florida and he struggles with skin cancer and he won't always apply sunscreen so I feel better knowing he has a good hat, that he will wear, to help protect him.

This is my third Tilley hat and my second Paddlers hat, absolutely amazing is there only wordsi could use... Comfortable, light, fast drying and DAMN good looking...I keep my original Paddlers at home the the second I keep at work while on the Fire Engine...

I love this hat. Fits as expected, ties are in the right places. Only complaint I have is there was no “zipper bag” and advertisement/“funny story” cards in it - like the Tilly I bought in 2009.Will I buy more? Yes.

This hat looks good, fits great, has vibrant color, and seems to be made of quality materials. I haven't used it yet, but will update once I do if there are any issues.

I was looking for this hat for some time and it came up for $32. Make sure you measure your head and then sign up for the warranty within 90 days.

Tilley hat? Just great! This is my third .... lost one on a train in Italy. Have one for walking and when out with my camera: makes it much easier to see and focus on a composition. This one is for fishing, especially on a boat. The small cinch tab at the back allows me to tighten the headband a little more when it is windy. The foam to ensure the hat floats in the water also provide more insulation and warmth.Great hat. Great price and quick delivery/

Fantastic hat,everything and more that I was looking for in a hat for when I’m fishing,sadly in the reviews they say buy one size up,which I did,but sadly it’s slightly to big and i can’t find a smaller one in my size and the olive colour.
