more than 5 stars!! i have wished to add cupping into my massage practice. i have wished to have the tools for myself too. after careful research, i decided to take the plunge and go for this set. it is well worth the money. it comes in a wonderful organizer box which is a fabulous presentation but just makes everything easier. it is super easy to use. 1. 2. 3. and you are in business. (i got the kenneth choi cupping therapy for muscles & joints book for a refresher course of sorts. there are things you do not wish to do, so this could be helpful, esp if you are a novice. it is a very easy & understanding read.) i then set about working on myself one evening. how could i not. the tube extender for when you are working on yourself could be longer. a foot more would be super helpful but nothing i could not work around. oh baby did i feel relief from some fairly severe hate in my hips and lower back. the fire was quelled quite a bit and then even more when i went for it again the next day. the edges are very smooth and work well with movable cups. i have only had them a couple days but everything seems well made to last. i used them on a clients inflamed knee this morning. (very old injury that has bothered him on/off for about 19years. we work on it & it gets better but comes back every so often. today is was so swollen & he was not walking well.) he could not believe how amazing it felt. he was truly astonished. he added another half hr onto his appt just to get more cupping. he was walking much more spry by the time he left. if you want a cupping set, this is the one i would go for. hope this helps someone in their decision process.

I regularly see an acupuncturist who performs acupuncture and fire cupping on me every visit. I noticed a huge difference in how I felt and after cupping saved me from what felt like a nasty cold I became a true believer. I was telling everyone about cupping and the benefits!! I decided on this set and I'm so happy with my decision. I've used this set atleast 20 times now on my husband, friends and family. It is very durable and come in a great sturdy case. Make sure you known some basic cupping knowledge before trying these, just do some research. I use two to three pumps on the handle depending on the person and that is plenty! There are just enough cups in this set to do the entire back of an average sized adult. You will more than like bruise and that is normal and goes away in about a week. This set is worth EVERYTHING penny, don't hesitate, order it NOW!! I've since gotten 7 people to order this same exact set and all of them love it just as much as I do! I should also add, IT'S NOT painful, but it does look like it might be, I assure you it's not painful at all!

These cups are a great price for their durable material, ease of use/clean and effectiveness. My husband uses these as an MMA athlete on all parts of his body. We use a cream so the skin doesn’t hurt to be pulled into the cups. We have had these 2 years and only 1 cup has busted. We had another set before this and 1/2 of the cups busted in the first month.

Had this cupping set quite awhile now and it still going strong. Saves alot of money to do it at your convenience instead of going to a recovery center which can cost hundreds. My only issues is the pump handle. I wish there was a cushion on the handle because it hurts my hand when it starts getting tighter to push.

My 85 year older Aunt has terrible knee pain even after having knee surgery in her 50s. She said the pain is so bad she can barely walk. I sent her this cupping set. She had never heard of cupping so I explained it’s like a hickey it pulls the blood (and if you take pain medicine) right through all the tissue saturating them with blood and medicine. So she got them the next day opened it up and read the instructions I told her put a little lotion on the area because the cups stick better and you can slide them around if they aren’t quite in the right spot. So she put a little lotion on and read the instructions and went to bed. She said today”they work great” I didn’t have any pain all night! Normally I have trouble sleeping because of the pain and I feel great even today!She asked well I wish I could use them on my back.. I said well that is what that extension tubing is for .. connect the cup and the tubing and the little pump all together then with your left hand hold the cup in place and pump with the right hand. She was happy to hear that their is tubing to help it reach…Great device for everyone but the fact that my 85 year old Aunt used it without me physically being there to show her (I live in another state) means that this is a device you really should just buy and not have a second thought about it.
