Very happy with the quality of the item I purchased

I couldn’t have been more disappointed when this arrived. The picture is misleading. This pendant is hollow in back and obviously made by a machine press, and it’s so thin that it would never hold up to daily wear. It’s also smaller than the picture makes it look. Stay away from this company. I returned it same day.

The letter was smaller than I expected, otherwise arrived on time.

Misrepresented ...shown size in picture the size of a quarter ..but the size of the X was half the size. They should have left the clasp out of the picture
