Excellent customer service
Just wanted to say how impressed I am with seller for replacing the damaged bottle without any quibbles. The first time I tried to use it was two months after receipt. There was a crack at the bottom of the bottle and all I had to do was send a picture and a replacement came within a few days. I have yet to use the replacement but if it’s as good as reviewed elsewhere then I will be more than happy.

Brilliant, you can buy one that's twice the price but this does the exact same job! Definately recommend this!

Do not buy
The item shown does not fit the standard Karcher gun. It. comes with a quick release end which unless you have an adapter is useless. I have returned mine and still awaiting a refund. IOne star as I can't give it zero or minus one
