JBA 6400SJT Titanium Ceramic Exhaust Header for Nissan Titan/Armada 5.6L

Great gains from these headers. Make absolutely certain that you purchase the OEM Nissan exhaust manifold gaskets and b-pipe gaskets. I chose to overlook the need for the b-pipe ones and ended up having to replace the JBA's a month after install. The only reason I rated this with 4 stars is the quality of the Ceramic coating. Chips very easily and I've noticed a few more chips that almost appear as if the paint wasn't applied properly. Either way, best bang for the buck. Currently making 315 rwhp (DynoJet Dynanometer) using HP Tuners and other mods. You won't regret the investment if installed properly.

I purchased a 2006 Nissan Armada 5.6L knowing the exhaust manifolds needed replaced. I thought I was just going to replace them with OEM's but I discovered they'd just crack again in 80-100K miles. I decided to search for alternatives and after doing tons on research I choose the JBA's. I am very pleased with them and how they are made! You simply cannot beat the price / quality of these headers. The install on a 4X4 Armada is tough, but it can be done if you have a little mechanical skills and a couple of days. The end result is well worth it. I highly recommend hitting the Titan and Armada forums out there for instructions on the installation and other options to help your truck better then you could imagine.

cheaper than stock and better with ceramic coating although I have scratched it a lot during install definitely cools down much faster. thanks for great quality product

Love them! They are epic awesomeness. I definitely got more power. I highly recommend getting UpRev do an etune for you after installation (immediately afterwards). These headers can cause your motor to run lean or rich and your motor needs to be retuned specifically for this part. I didn't prepare for uprev and was bummed I had to spend the money, but WOW!!!!!! It was totally worth it in combination with these headers. You will also need to relocate your O2 sensors to the collectors in the headers from their current location. Your SES light will come on after install unless you do UpRev. There are ways to get it to turn off, but it's using a bandaid instead of doing it the right way. This is a better route than replacing your cracked stock manifolds with OEM parts that will crack again in 50-60k miles.

For Titans, at least, jbalt's are the way to go. These really allow the engine to breathe and gets rid of you primary cats. Would get 5 stars if the gaskets were not flimsy. Do yourself a favor and get the OEM gaskets which are metal. I know several people that have used these gaskets only to need and replace them after a few thousand miles. If you do get these don't forget about uprev no matter what you hear you will need it so add it to your budget

The JBA titanium header for the 5.6 L engine fit perfectly without a flaw plenty of room point to Clarence bought it right up no additional pipe needed no welding or cutting torch or anything and they are performing very well they should be installed from the factory instead of an aftermarket product.

Great item, fit my 2006 Nissan Titan SE 4x4 with no problems. Install wasn't too bad, just spray all the existing nuts and bolts down with PB Blaster a few times before you start the install.

Sound amazing but these are an extremely tight fit.
