Looks very sturdy but very light!! I hope to enjoy using it soon.

Light and powerful
I have a stable of shimano rods and this is one of my favorite. the medium heavy is perfect for jigging the offshore reefs for big snapper. for the price the quality of this rod cant be matched.

High performance saltwater rod
This is my 7th Trevala. I have several models that I use for everything from flag yellowtail and mahi mahi to 40 pound + kingfish. It’s a very strong rod, great backbone and it has never disappointed.It is not a rod if you are looking to cast baits/ lures long distances. It is quite stiff, good for hauling in big fish. Enjoy!!
